I'll assume that you mean cotton. While many makers offer orange cotton trousers, most will be tailored/lined to a degree that would preclude machine washing. That said, I've seen offerings in recent years from Polo, Façonnable, Vilebrequin and Mason's (among others) that would meet your criteria. Of course Spring/Summer is the season for this ilk.

Polo and Facco should take care of this. I didn't even know Villebrequin made anything other than swimwear. Like Tomasso said Spring should offer you plenty of options, but in the meantime these can usually be had at off price retailers easier than you think, N-Rack for Facco or a Polo outlet...

And to comment specifically on the Facco stuff, when it comes in from the Euro boutiques it fits very slimming, the tag will say Euro fit and have Euro sizing.
