Looking for help to identify these eyeglasses

I was browsing Flickr a few weeks ago and came across this image of a photographer wearing a very stylish pair of eyeglasses.

I've looked high and low all over the Internet, I've gone to nearly every eyeglass shop in my area and I'm having terrible luck.

I can see there is something of a designer mark and the general rectangular shape of the glasses, coupled with the placement of the temples a little below the top of the lens on the frame make them fairly unique. Yet, I can't identify them and nobody else locally was familiar with them. Here is a clickable link to the photo of the man wearing them.

Please help me find out who makes these eyeglasses or tell me where I can purchase them.

I know that in the world of fashion things turn over quickly but hopefully with this photo dating only from June of last year, the eyeglasses are still in circulation for purchase somewhere.

Thank you!
