Looking for help choosing a hairstyle

Hey guys,

First post here so go easy on me! The story is this: I've been trying out a few different hairstyles over the past few months...but after all of it I'm not at all sure which one suits me best. So, I'm turning to you knowledgeable people to weigh in and give me a little guidance. The candidates are below: burr cut, buzz cut, and shorter and longer Ivy League styles.

Obviously, I like shorter styles but I'd be open to other ideas if you think something else would be much better. Well, fire away! Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated.

+1 Plus, you've got the rest of your middle age life to have your hair like pics 1 and 2. You kind of have the facial structure of George Clooney, why not have a look at some of his hairstyles?

I'll definitely check some out. I really do prefer pretty short styles as I think they fit my face better -- I know some people would rather wait until they're losing it to go short but not me, actually.

In that case perhaps consider the Jugend hairstyle, which would essentially be pic #1 with a longer top.
