SuitSupply has a few safari jacket options.

Yes, as breakaway01 pointed out, this resembles the safari jacket style, minus the belt and some other details. Proper field jackets are more rugged, like Alpha Industries' M-65. If that style doesn't suit you, as I realized for myself that it didn't, you can opt for a slightly more tailored fit. For instance, I own Barbour's Corbridge jacket which has one of the most flattering fits for slim guys, in my opinion. It is however, more suitable for colder weather due to the wadding.
I recently purchased the dark olive "Safari jacket" from Gagliardi, which has a moleskin fabric. It is similar to the S&M field jacket you linked to in terms of cut and not a real safari jacket, hence the quotes. Pay attention to the exceptionally high button point, however, as it is extremely unsuitable for long legged guys.

I feel like these are all over Europe. Aspesi, Boglioli, Massimo Dutti, etc.

I personally like the ones that look less "Italian" and more "authentic," for lack of a better term. Holland & Holland makes one that's designed to be layered over bulky clothing, so it fits quite loose. But when it's oversized like this, I think it looks cooler than the "Italian menswear" versions

Thank you all very much for your responses. Now that you have mentioned it, I have one from Massimo Dutti that might be my most flattering jacket, but it is more of a polyester light windbreaker type of jacket, and now I'm looking for something more similar to a sports coat.
I can appreciate a looser jacket fit when pulled off right, but since I am very tall and slim I much prefer very tailored clothes, like the ones from suitsupply or MD (I'm a little bit obssesed with a narrow waist tbh). I prefer the string waist adjustment, but the belt sounds fine too, so I'll consider the suitsupply ones while I look into some other brands.

"L.B.M. 1911" is an interesting brand for sport coats and jackets
