Looking for a tailor in Vietnam

At the end of February my wife and I will be touring Vietnam on an organized tour (17 days) so we won't have much free time. Can anyone recommend a good, reliable tailor in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) or elsewhere where I can be measured for a suit that can be mailed to me when it's ready? And approximately how much can I expect to pay? And do they take credit cards or only cash?
