Some forum affiliates have pretty good shoes within your budget. Depends on your size really but you can find Artioli, Sutor M., Santoni and more heavily discounted on sites like shopthefinest.com and clotheshorse.com. Their links should be at the top of the forum. Jm weston would be a nice place to start at full retail.
