Looking for a new leather jacket, but with a bunch of diva specifics

So I have had this faux leather $80 jacket from Urban Outfitters and have loved it for about 7 years, but the outer lining is starting to come off pretty badly, and I figure it's time to upgrade, as it's not really wearable at this point. I'm looking for a new jacket but would like it to have as many of the specs of this one as possible, or at least know what things to search for for this combo.

Aspects I really like:
Stand collar that isn't just that low mandarin collar I see on a lot of cafe racers
Zippers on breast pockets, but especially,
Breast pockets not being too low
Epaulets
Ribbed cuffs and bottom
Slant pockets, which are a definite dealbreaker if they're missing

I recently got the Belgrade from Caine, and it is the closest I've found to the general look, but:

The breast pockets seem weirdly low and like, maybe a bit too much like that flat wilsons-style vibe? I'm not sure how to describe that.
The Fit isn't AMAZING but not a HUGE deal I guess?
Also the collar is knit/ribbed, which I could handle if the other aspects weren't off too.
The pic here doesn't quite show off these aspects. irl it looks a bit more...flat? especially noticeable on the pockets

Basically, am I just looking for a Unicorn of leather jackets? I don't mind paying a bit more but I feel kinda lost as to where to even look. A biker friend of mine recommended revzilla but they all look too sporty and not as uh.,..Rock and Roll?

Would appreciate any guidance or advice or recommendations.

Thanks! :)

There are several places where you can send a picture and description of what you want and they will make it for you at a decent price. If name brands isn’t an issue to you I would try that

If you're willing to pay, Aero Leather in Scottland is one of the best places - they have a very large style selection and you can customize. But the price point is quite a bit higher than I think you're used to paying. But, you do get what you pay for.

if you have the means, definitely should check out blackmeans,

quite pricey, but can't beat the craftmansip behind it.
