Looking for a high quality Leather Day Planner

Been looking everywhere for a Leather Day Planner as a gift. Something high quality, preferably something that has 3 or 7 rings. I don't want to buy something ridiculously expensive (not over $150), and it doesn't have to be brand name.

Any suggestions would be great, Thanks in advance.

How much is the Filofax brand these days?

Frankly, for under $150 I would see what Sierra Trading Post has -- maybe Barantani -- or check Levenger. It's sad, but under $150 you're not going to find many top-quality agendas. I love my Ghurka, which is still going strong more than ten years later -- it cost $200 back then. I don't know if the quality's suffered since then. Smythson's prices have shot up and beyond ridiculous. Aha! Check ebay for Pineider. It's usually undervalued -- good Italian stationery and writing accessories brand.

I've been using a filofax since the early 90s. it used to cost about $60-80 back then, not sure what they go for now.
