I am looking for a simple slim fit two button notch lapel suit for not to much money (<$200). I am a size 42L in jackets and a 35x33 in pants. Online links are appreciated.

at that price point your choices are H&M and Zara. Not even the JCrew Ludlow suit is at that price point.
Perhaps also check Macy's?
If you're reading between the lines, I'm suggesting you go up to about $450-500 for the suit and throw in $100 more for tailoring. The j crew suit I think is quite good for the price point.
