Looking for a decent street wear wardrobe.

I've taken interest in the Express line of clothing. Here are some screenshots of what I'm in interesting in. Any other brands that exceed the quality of Express feel free to drop them down, I wouldn't mind paying a little more for better quality and fit.

I like the black combination particularly with the sleeves pulled back a bit. Kind of a classy casual flare to it. Can see myself wearing it out without looking too aristocratic or stuffy if I'm going to a bar or club, but still classy enough to wear at formal event given a tie and nice shoes.

Any suggestions? Is Express a decent brand to start with?Do they have quality issues? I was planning on trying stuff on at an Express store but all clothing retail outlets are closed. Just hoping I can get pointed in the right direction.
