I just got this:



from Secret Service. It should fit a larger laptop and sleeve. You can get it from Refinery29 for the same price I paid ($200). However, be aware that although the design is super cool, the hardware is absolute crap. On the flip side, if you bust those rivets (as you inevitably will - it is best just to bust them off from the get go and do what I did), you can easily replace them with high quality Chicago screws (mine are coming via UPS now), and then you are pretty much set.

JD, my 17" laptop fits in my Filson 257 - although with not much room to spare. (And a few zipper scratches to show for it.)

I assume you've tried to squeeze yours in at Roden Gray however.

Don't want to ressurect an old thread, but didn't want to be a special flower and start a new one.

I got my FIlson 256 and I have no idea how you could fit your 17'' laptop into a Filson 257. I did some measuring and the opening seems like it could only fit a 15'' width laptop. A 17'' laptop would have to be 16'' wide at least...

For the bigger laptops look at Saddleback Leathers laptop sleeves. This guys stuff is the Filson of the leather world. I own Saddleback stuff. It's well made at a good price point with a forever warranty.
