hey guys anybody know of a watch similar to this one in the photo ? this one runs about $399 would like to find something around $100-200 if possible. i like the blue face on it.

I think Orient Bambino line should be a pretty close call. And they are within your price range as well on Amazon. Below is an example.

thanks man! they have one with blue face i like and will probably get. only thing is the band is black. those can be switched out tho right? i dont wear alot of black

I believe yes. Most watch bands are interchangeable with a spring bar tool. I saw the Bambino in NATO strap before, which means the original brand can be removed.
