The medallion is a bit much for businesswear. It's a very large and a bit ostentatioius to me. Perhaps for a more casual affair. Hard to say without seeing it with a suit. Vass does a more elegant medallion in this price range

Agreed, the look isn't subtle by any measure. Nor is it the usual balls-out Italian affair, to be frank. Besides, who said Kiton artisans set out to make English-looking shoes ? I'm sure they'd blend well with a Kiton suit
