Long sleeve dress shirts with sleeves below 32

I have really short arms and I don't know of any dress shirts with sleeves less than 32. Are there any brands that make shirts with 31 or even 30/31 sleeves or is a tailor the only option?

none that I have ever seen, options include boy's sizing, made to measure or have a tailor alter
sleeve length- my tailor's fee around $20

For average-lower-end quality shirts, I know places like LandsEnd do custom with sleeves as short as 29" starting around $50.

If you can pay more for better MTM etc you can do just about any length.
