Amazon, Apple and QVC Among Top Mobile Retailers
According to a recently released study Amazon, Apple and QVC have the best mobile applications. The study is on a recent survey – the ForSee Mobile Satisfaction Index: Holiday Retail Addition – which asked 6,200 consumers to rate mobile e-commerce sites on categories such as functionality, merchandise presentation, pricing and special features such as bar-code scanning. Overall, the study also revealed that mobile websites in general have been improving, and showrooming has not proved to be the threat that many retailers feared. Unfortunately StyleForum’s fantastic mobile site wasn’t included on the survey.
