Ernest reminds me of the "pauper and prince" type fairy tales. He would just hold both roles, pauper fancying himself prince.

I think Mr. Pollock might spring for the TGV tickets?

Please send us 4 tickets in 1 class

I've taken the liberty to book this hotel: Huis ter Duin I hope it will be to your satisfaction.

We prefer staying at your home and live like people from Amsterdam and not like tourists.
E, Your sense of entitlement, though amazing, is somewhat admirable. H.
It is, but if Ernest wants to live like someone from Amsterdam I can't take him to a 1 star restaurant. I'd have to take him to a falafel/kebab/shoarma place.

You'd hardly see any Arabs in those places Ernest. Mainly Dutch people.

Who's this Yakov Smirnoff?
"America...What a Country."

c'mon, he's a comedy sensation. ranks up there with that 'you might be a redneck' guy.

I admire Smirnoff's oeuvre.

When Soviet Union broke up, I figured "no comedy from Smirnoff."

But he found Branson, where they still laugh at Gorbachev jokes. ("it's like a map of United States right on his head.").

That Gorbachev stuff is gold, Yakoff, GOLD.

I used to have his book, America on Six Roubles a Day, with a picture of Yakov holding "Russian Express -- Don't Leave Home..."

Okay, that was a long time ago and I was very young.

..."In America, on Fourth of July, you have fireworks.  In Russia, on Fourth of July, they also have fireworks.  They fire at you and it works.."

Checks, that Ted Kennedy picture makes me proud to be an American.  As I imagine my Rick James picture makes you feel.

"Branson. My dad says it's like what Las Vegas would be if it was run by Flanders."
