Local menswear store for sleeve alterations on Kiton suit?

This is going to sound silly and way too close to anal-retentive for comfort, but...

My wife bought a Kiton suit for me during our last trip to Las Vegas. There were some minor alterations done by the Kiton store's tailor including the placement of working buttonholes on the sleeves. At the insistence of the salesperson and the alterations tailor and against my better judgment I allowed them to leave the sleeves a little too long. They are about 1/4" to 3/8" too long, not a lot but enough to obscure visible shirt cuffs, and the first buttonhole is 1.5" from the end of the sleeve. I'm not going to be near another Kiton store until May at the earliest, if I attend a weekend course in New York, and we have a pretty reputable store here, Shaia's, which sells a lot of Zegna and has occasionally had some Kiton. Would you take the suit to the local store for sleeve alteration and have it done now or would you wait until the next time you're near a Kiton store to have this minor alteration made? :foo:
