Notice how only the most epensive shoes are made in this style today?

I have these in brown by Churches but they don't make them anymore. Just the penny loafer types.

Fine, you found a less epensive version. Old fashioned? [IMG] Clumbsy looking wingtips and brouging(dust and dirt collectors) are old fashioned. Even my grandfatrher gave up wearing them 50 years ago. Some nerd boys from GQ got a hankering for old stuff and began promoting these anarchronisms so all the kids jump on the bandwagon like sheep. No businessman man wears the shoes that you believe they do. It's been slipons and lightweight Italian shoes for some time especially here on the NYSE where I was a member.
Do you realise how stupid some wingtip gunboat looks sticking out of some pegleg pants? They look bad enough with regular pants.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say that website was from 1995.

I guess when your're a 'tween that seems like the olden days lol The slipon plain shoes that Lobb makes are classics, not like the novelty wingtips from the 30's that are only worn today by cubicle working stuffy accountants when they want to look sharp lol
