I bought a pair of shoes from loake shoe maker 6 months ago, few questions
dsc5058ek3.jpg
1) Anyone can identify the model of this shoe? It looks like it is the "waterloo" model, but the pattern on the shoes is slightly different from those on its official web site 2) Any idea where sell these shoes? maybe on internet site? 3) if you zoom in the picture, you can see that the top of the right shoes is cracking at the place where it bend. I don't understand why a £120 (USD240) shoes will crack like this after just 6 months of wearing.. any suggestion? 4) The buttom of the shoe have a hole on it, and no, i don't use it to play football or anything physical, it is just walking.. again, i don't expect a $240 shoe to break like this in just 6 months and the repairer want to charge me £45 (USD 90) to change the buttom, are they ripping me off? Sorry for the newbie questions.. I am quite new to these nice shoes.. Thanks

wearing every day can cause some issues. for example, you are in the UK, i'm sure you have had a week where it rained 4 days in a row. If you wear it in the rain 4 days in a row, the bottom sole does not even have time to dry overnight. When you walk outside in the morning you are walking on damp, softened leather soles with the resiliency of wet cardboard.
