X post from the suede thread:

A nice addition to my wardrobe:

Brand: Loake
Model: Sprint
Last: Sneak
Sole: Rubber (Margom)

This minimalistic trainers are very comfortable and great looking. Excellent service from Herrings. Gray color on the way.

Hi, I’m new to Loake shoes, having just bought a pair of Chester tan brogues.

The thing I’m finding surprising is how big these shoes are, I’m usually 11.5/46 in most shoes but these are 10 and fit fine.

I’d like a pair of Bedale boots as my next purchase but I’m unsure about sizing.
Would an 024f last be smaller or larger in length than the Pennine G last?

I didn't think the Chester would fit that large. What footwear do you typically wear?

Recent addition. Loake Garvan from their Legacy range. I find them comparable to Crockett tetburys in terms of build, but why oh why are loake boots always such hard work to break in. By far the least worst around my lower leg of any boot I’ve ever owned. I have a brown pair of the same boot and it took weeks of regular wear to get anywhere near comfy!

All sorts, I’ve tried Loake 11 and they were too big, 10 fit without any toe rub which I found strange when compared to everything else I have.
