Loake Adams wingtips.
Bought these recently (October 2013) and after trying to wear them with an insole and a tongue pad have concluded they just aren't the right shoe for me. These should be an equivalent to US size 8D but I would recommend them for someone who is a size 8.5D. If you are a size 8, they will fit with the insole and tongue pad in place.
Have worn them probably 10-15 times since I purchased. Soles have plenty of life left in them and show only modest wear. Have used cedar shoe trees whenever not worn (not included). Bought from pediwear for $270. Here is their description:
"The Adams is a superb looking country style Derby. Adorned with a traditional wingtip brogue design and made from fine waxed leathers this shoe is both visually stunning and practical. The shoe also boasts a sturdy goodyear welted rubber commando sole which really makes this style one for all weathers.
