    Hi!

I have Loake Kempton UK8.5F. They fits nice, maybe a liiittle tight in
widest part of shoes(toe ball area). I'm thinking about buying Barker
Hamilton or Harrison shoes on 29 last. Which size of Barker can you recommend for
me? Can anyone compare fitting of these lasts?

    Thank you!

I take a straight UK 10 F in most shoes, but a UK 9.5 F in the Hamilton. I can't comment on the Loake, but I think Loake can be roomy. You might be ok with you usual size.

Related question... I read so many references to last xxx vs last yyy... where do you learn these numbers and how they differ? Aren't these lasts specific to each maker?
