Hi all - I have been desperately trying to locate these loafers too since I first saw pics of RG wearing them (very well).
I too am pretty sure they are Gucci or maybe prada which means they may have been a special for one season - found some online from one of these brands that I was pretty sure may have been the ones and even ended up on the phone to shops in London and Paris before giving up.
any further ideas please post

After a year and a half of on and off research, I found the actual shoe to be a vintage model of the Prada Spazzolato Fume - Burgundy. Just bought a pair for $400...Retail is around $650.

Hi everyone, I believe those are Prada, from an past collection; met some time ago a guy who had worked before with Ryan on set, and asked him if he knew what brand were those becaus at the time was looking algo for it, sadly, he didn't manage to know since he's only for denim stuff, anyway; I guess no one has found what exact model are these.

And I'm writing again here, because just saw Ryan seemed to wear the same pair as part of the First Man promo at San Sebastian.

It’s been a while but I actually found these ones from Prada for $45 (including shipping) second hand in similar (upper) condition as the ones pictured on Ryan. Excited to have them in person!
