Could it be the Kenneth Cole Hedge Fund, that shoe favored by high-power lawyers and hedge fund managers?

Today I posted the ugliest brick-toed loafers I could find in the Steve Madden or Kenneth Cole collections as an example of a fashion mistake in the Men's Clothing forum, then saw the exact same shoes on a young professional in CVS not two hours later.

DC men will put their feet into the most offensive pieces of glued leather I've ever seen.

I know. I heard bad things about a place called Amber here, I went there for fun and was absolutely horrified. And I'm having trouble finding a good korean restaurant, Shila is not it.

I've got no idea. I don't think I've ever actually eaten any good Korean food.

If you ever get Am-Jacked out Shorty's is pretty much as safe a haven as exists in Belltown. Grunge lives!

There is a decent place right by the Bellvue/Factoria Freeway entrance. I had Yakiniku (dont know the Korean word) and Bibimbap. Both were pretty good.

Also if you are in Spokane for any amount of time, check out Kim's Korean Restaurant on Division. Best damn Korean food I have had here in the states. Real homestyle cooking (especially since its only one Korean woman who seems to cook/clean/wait) Chijimi, Bibimbap, Saba Shioyaki, and more all very very good.

Heh, I was just going to recommend the same place. There aren't any good Korean restaurants in the Seattle area outside the Lynnwood/Edmonds Korean community. But if you're just jonesing for some kimchi and can't make it all the way out there, your next best bet is to find a Korean-run Teriyaki place. It probably won't be super great, but at least it'll be cheap.

Shorty's also has the epic "Hangover Special"...

Shorty dog/veggie dog/German sausage,
a bloody mary,
an Alka-Seltzer,
and a single cigarette.

Price was $7.50, but might be $8.50 now.

seeing one pair of square toes isn't pic worthy for me. when I was at Macys and saw an entire wall of square toes (literally at least 50 models), I wished i had brought my camera. I'll take a pic for you next time
