Little toe sticking out

I have a new pair of oxford Barker shoes which aren't broken in yet but I noticed that little toe on my left foot is sticking out. There is small bump in leather as you can see in photo.

I don't like this "feature" so what do you think I can do with this issue? Or is this acceptable?

Do you think I can stretch larger area around my toe with shoe stretcher to hide it? Or it's not a good idea?
