There are some great, and not as greatm made-to-measure retailers that have emerged in the past ten-fifteen years or so. For example, I like Kent Wang's approach as it's fairly conservative in fit and style. I'm a bit too tall for a lot of off-the-rack relative to my waist - particularly in this slim-fit-means-short era.
One of the great things about styleforum is that it's helped us find better valued products. I really like knowing who the actual vendor is making the ralph lauren jackets, for example.
I'm curious, if anybody has a comprehensive list of made-to-measure vendors? There appear to be primarily chinese made and eastern european providers. I found two eastern european vendors:

Surely becket robb, propersuit, hall maden, zebel etc etc must use some of the same vendors?
