I am trying to update my linked-in profile and picture that I send out with my resume. Could you tell me if this hair style looks young and professional and what shirt and tie would look best? Yes, they will be washed and ironed before being put on.

    (This is actually long sleeve.)

Difficult to understand the real colours of your shirts - a shirt which is closest to being light blue or white with the tie on the very right might be the smallest offender... I hope you will wear a jacket too?

Offender? I was told to dress opposite my skin tone. Dark skin light colors.

Honestly, I wouldn't wear any of those ties. A solid colour tie is best. Resume photos wouldn't be necessary in general but I'd wear an white shirt if I was.
