Movie is about nothing new: couple falls in love and is somewhat soulmates... then things go awry: dealing with long distance relationships/cultural differences, and other love/life opportunities. I watched this on a red eye from SFO-JFK (there's screeners floating around). damn this felicity jones is camera friendly (she's superduper fetching) just from this still alone you can figure out like 85% of the movie - its hard to take your eyes off her. the supporting cast is great: jennifer lawrence (small part) is really really good as are the english parents (alex kingston and oliver muirhead). warning - watching this movie touches a lot of nerves (especially if you watch it with a girl you are in a relationship with). also its definitely falls in the category of Stuff White People Like. also from that list: #'s 1, 5, 19, 21, 24, 28 (there was not one in the whole movie), 34, 36, 37, 40, (actually are used at plot devices) 41, 47, 50, 51, 54 (this actually is a plot device), 55, 56, 66, 70 (duh), 72, 79 (another Major Plot device), 90, 94 (considering the location of half of the movie it works) 101, 114, 120, This is most probably the most Stuff White People Like friendly movie of 2011. Lastly - if you like (wanna boan/wife) Jennifer Lawrence, you can watch this movie and dream of her character and how you'd deal with her.
