The shoulders might be slightly big, but this is also meant for layering. Workwear isn't necessarily supposed to fit perfectly. It looks as if they've done a great job mixing slim and rugged. If i had the cash, I'd kop.

It's hard to tell conclusively because of the pose and also because he didn't button it, but looking at the left shoulder, the shoulders seem 1.5-2" too big for him.

I bet you wear a lot of spandex.

Exitstrategy I think it looks good in small. You're able to button it up too.

This is a Type III jacket... I'm not sure why people are expecting it to be roomy and not slim/short?

Even though it looks like it fits fine, I bet it feels like there some tugging somewhere (did for me when I tried it on).
Where do you find it to be too small, upper or lower chest?

It's not to tight anywhere (shoulder's are a bit sung) but i wanted to layer so I guess that's why I want a medium

Jokes aside, I much prefer how it fits on exitstrategies, sockpuppets and chiamdream than this.

Hence my spandex comment. A sausage has more breathing room in its casing than I do in this.

Here are fit pics. The jacket is a size large. I am wearing a thick Barbour lambswool crew neck sweater. For reference, I am 5' 10", 170 lbs. and a size 40 jacket. I am pleased with the jacket. The fit is slim but I have room in it. My torso is wide so it may look more fitted than it is. In my opinion, the jacket is not very oily. The construction looks and feels great. I expect to have this piece for many years. Updated: Here is a better photograph. My previous pictures were taken too close and pointed upward. [IMG]
