I don't really consider them warm, but if I liked cords then I'd wear them just due to the fit. If you like the style it won't hurt to pick up a pair(I think they're like $25 usually?)

Regular is like $55 on these for some reason, but I'm sure they go on sale. I like the way they fit (fit like 511 jeans), they're a little warmer, but they're not very thick for heavy winter work.

Not a winter pant at all.

if you want winter weight you'll need something with a wider wale IMO.

I love the 511 cords and have 3 pr, but only wear them in late spring, and early fall just too darn thin.

PS: don't ever pay full price for red tab levis anything especially cords. For some reason UO buys 1000000000000 pairs assuming that people are going to forget they went on sale for 9.99 a pair 4 months earlier and pony up to the 55$ and then they have several pairs in each size and color available.

That, and if you have access to a Ross/T J Maxx inevitably the non standard Levis (501,505,517,and 569) will end up there for 14$ a pair just after tax time when retailers bail all their overstock.

The same can be said for JC Penney which has a 'we just finished a sale yesterday' sale running almost year round where 2 pairs of Levis in any style can be had for 40-50$.
