It doesn't matter what they measure. If he generally wears a 30 in levis, then a 32 will be too big.

some of the best fitting jeans I ever bought, but they are hard to find now. I don't really wear mine anymore due to the bootcut. They however are a 28 x 30.
Yeah, it's really odd, so incredibly odd that a Capital E jean satisfying 3 out of 4 of the criteria and can be had for the throwaway price of $70 shipped is just so ******* unusual it boggles the mind.
