Hamburger style sub. Ground beef, bacon, cheese, mayo, bbq sauce, grilled onions and some tomatoes on a fat roll.

I gained about 10 lbs (177 to 187) drinking half a gallon of milk a day and increasing my meat intake by ~50%, lost a little since then unfortunately.

I'm planning on cutting all walking out of my life in order to lower my maintenance level caloric intake.

I don't know why, but I find binge eating by people who don't have a weight problem to be incredibly funny. When I see some skinny kid (especially a girl) tear through a whole pizza or something, I sort of just chuckle in an "aww shucks" kind of way. But if I see a fat person even eating one slice...

'twas my birthday on Saturday and as a result I not only didn't work out but pigged a bit over the course of the weekend, to wit:

  • 2 each, well-loaded bagels with cream cheese, lox, tomatoes, and onions for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Half a bottle of champagne's worth of mimosas w/breakfast on Saturday
  • Dinner out Saturday night: half a bottle of wine, salad w/creamy horse radish dressing, rack of lamb w/veggies, half a "tollhouse pie" (warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream)
  • About half a birthday cake between Saturday night and Sunday night
  • 1/3rd (Sam's Club sized) bag of pita chips last night, eaten mindlessly during Mad Men and Entourage

Not feeling too guilty because I was about 5 pounds under target weight Friday, back in the gym this morning, and back on my regular diet today. Afraid to weigh myself for the next couple of days, but based on past experience whatever I picked up will be gone by the end of the week.

3 tablespoons olive oil
200g chicken breast
20oz sweet potato
5 whole eggs
28g almonds
protein shake

gut-wrenching ~1900 calories
