I love eating avocados with seared salmon. The texture and butteriness of both go very well together. You can blend the avocado up as a sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt - or just make slices and add the other ingredients to the top of it.

I also love to take an avocado half and fill the pit-hole with Crystal hot sauce.

Man, I love Crystal...

I found it at a place around the corner from me here in London. Since then I go through it like water. I've also perfected my buffalo wings.

A slice of avocado on a thick, juicy homemade burger adds a delicious smooth texture to the meat, almost like filet steak.

This recipe won a $50,000 prize. Made them a few times and they've always come out good.

Fresh bread with thick-sliced bacon, avocado and lettuce is a staple breakfast for me.

Also, cutting it in half and eating it with large, fresh shrimp is a nice combination of flavors.

I find the garlic overpowering as against the delicate taste of avocado. Would also work well spooned over grilled chicken or fish ime.

I eat avocado spread with my eggs on toast.

Avocado, dill, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice. Mash.

I'll make chicken salad, but use mashed up avocado instead of mayo. Really good.

my whole foods in Boston has them at $2 a pop which is why I don't buy them often. They're usually alright but not farmers market in the summer quality.

make some simple guacamole. Just scoop out two avocados into a dish and use a fork to mash it up. add garlic salt till tastes just right. if you want just add some fresh cut tomato salsa while mixing.

My wife makes a dish of cubed avacado and cubed raw tuna tossed with a simple vinaigrette that has olive oil, lemon and anchovy. It is orgasmically good.
