I like the shorts in those pics, but I really don't think they would look good on me irl.

Jwjp - Which trousers do you mean? They got like 10 different wool trousers and all fit fairly slim.
I've reviewed the grey wool melange trousers at least 3 times in this thread, just read a couple pages back.

Usually find I need to size down in COS trousers.

I've tried a couple of trousers and a size 48 usually fits a someone with a true waist (where you wear pants, one inch under hip bones for me) of 33-34.

does COS restock at all? any chance of the wool hood coat coming back/or of it being in-store?

also is it warm? I remember a fit pic a week ago by I think conceptionist where it looked kinda light.

^ i've handled it in store and wasn't all that impressed. felt a bit cheap, uniqlo-esque. and i'm guessing not super warm - it was a pretty thin felt.

    It's pretty lightweight.

It's lined, of course, but no padding or anything that adds warmth.
It's about 5 degrees celsius here right now and I'm fine with a tee, knit, thick scarf and that jacket. It's not suited for below freezing, imo.

FWIW, fit is kinda tight in the shoulders and lats with a bit more volume down by the hem of the body.
Also checked it yesterday to see how it's holding up after a month or so of daily wear. Some seams on the lining are about to tear (where it's a bit tight) and there's a small hole in the lining by the wallet pocket on the inside of the chest area. Not surprised tbh, given the price.

COS do not restock online as far as I'm concerned.

thanks guys. yeah I was thinking about using it as a winter jacket with layers, but since they don't restock I don't think I could get my hands on it, plus it's probably too lightweight/and maybe not worth the price proxied to america.

Winter is all about the layering. The hooded jacket is not arctic parka, but it is warm and too nice to not wear. I'm from Finland and will wear the hooded jacket when it gets -20 degrees celcius. Also, I would say that it is as warm as any other lined wool jacket and in my opinion lined wool jackets are good from about +5 to -8 degrees celcius.

conceptionist: sounds pretty bad, can you fix it? Been wearing mine everyday since received it and no problems so far. Definitely shouldn't size down in this one tho.

Are basic tees worth it? especially Deep round-neck t-shirt

the basic tees for about 15€ are really bad (made in bangladesh, and flimsy)
the ones for 30-35€ are pretty good
