+ 25 + 30 = 55987

Spent a week on the west coast followed by a week in Europe. Nice hotels but none with a pull up bar. :(

Felt good to get back to my gym today. :)

55987 + 60 = 56047

Same. Moved to a new place but I don't have a pull-up bar so i went to do them at a clothes hanger outside.

Ok. I'm jealous. How many sets is it taking you fools to crank out 100+ pull ups in a work out? Then I see numbers like 300...

+ 30 = 56.634

First pull-ups in almost 3 months and they hurt like hell in my hand (which needs surgery as it turns out).

56634 + 115 + 112 = 56861

I do my first 100 starting at sets of 12, and going to 11, then 10, then lower. Takes 9-10 sets to hit 100. I have never been able to do multiple sets over 20. I can do 15+, but it makes ensuing sets much harder.

Last bunch were done weighted. I am gauging if my elbow will take it (even unweighted, I need to wear a sleeve on my left arm these days. I went with 25 lbs extra, and if it feels good on Thursday, when I am supposed to pullup again, I'll go to 35 lbs, and then to 45 lbs. The most I've ever done is bodyweight+90 lbs, but I don't think I'd come close to that these days.
