1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I dunno jet. So, one good friend of mine is a personal trainer, and she keeps on telling me that I could be totally crunked if I watched my diet. I keep on telling her "C'mon. You don't understand. I workout for two reasons. 1) It gets my energy up and keeps me strong, and 2) So I can eat the things I like without becoming 300 lbs.

I eat well probably 20% of the time, and awesomely (as in delicious) about 80% of the time. I spent a good few years in my mid 20s constantly maintaining and then cutting weight for fights, and man, I thought about food all the time. All the time. After I was used as a warmup fight by a pretty good guy who handed me both my first loss and first KO, I decided that I wasn't going to make a good living getting punched in the jaw. And... I could eat. In my early 20s, I found that I could eat and eat, and as long as I kept a good workout regime with lots of cardio, I was fine. Even by my mid 20s, I had be be conscious of what I ate to maintain weight. After my shortlived career as a tough guy/cage fighter/bare knuckle fighter, I was like "Hey, if I want to eat this cake, I can, and I won't get hugely fat as long as I keep on doing intense workouts. Plus, I don't have to worry about getting my 5'11", naturally 165 lbs frame down to 155, or even 145 lbs, regularly. This rocks!"

Oh, +52 today. It was a rest day, but I want to get to 500 this week without 2 more days of 130+.

    So...

    38647 + 51 = 38698
