I'd disagree with that. Yes, muscleups are harder, but they also use a fundamentally different movement in addition to the pullup That would be like saying that a burpee/pullup counts extra. The pullups in the L-seat, however, are just pullups, but made harder because you have to fully engage the core as you are pulling.
