Turning 24 on the 1st.
I set off the alarm when I leave an antiqes store.
Didnt have much time available today for my back workout, so did the 100-pull-up challenge again today. 100 reps in 18mins 59 secs, which comfortably beats my previous time
2928 +100 = 3028
I'm 40. I work out MWF due to letting my self recover. Although I go with heavier weights (for me anyway haha) and less reps.
3028 + 64 (over two different work out days) = 3092
3092+32 = 3124
3124 + 35 = 3159
3159 + 50 (today) = 3209.
24. Yeah, that would do it. When I was 24, I was fighting - still amateur at that point - and could do three-a-days, day in, day out. On Sundays, I would do a "rest day", which was still 5 pretty fast miles. I didn't have a family, and really, my only responsibility was school, which I already on lockdown, and I put in 20+ hours a week in the gym. These days, my body can't even take 1/2 of that, even if I had the time. I was also 15 lbs lighter, with single digit bf, and probably stronger than I am now, so...
