Pull-ups only or does this also include chin ups?


I personally think that chinups should only count for 1/2, tops. I can crank out 25 chinups in a set without hitting failure. No way I can do that with pullups.

Well I guess for the sake of keeping the math simple we can just count pull-ups.

Ha, for the life of me I can't do chin-ups. It just feels like such an unnatural movement to me.

Just out of curiousity, do you do any compound exercises, or a lot of isolation exercises? That may be the difference.

Mainly compound exercises.

I done did a pull up today and then I got shooting pain through my wrists and elbows. DB rows for me.
