C'mon, guys. Don't let an ageing ex-mediocre athlete show you guys up.
+38 = 1164.
Pull-ups only or does this also include chin ups?
I personally think that chinups should only count for 1/2, tops. I can crank out 25 chinups in a set without hitting failure. No way I can do that with pullups.
Well I guess for the sake of keeping the math simple we can just count pull-ups.
Ha, for the life of me I can't do chin-ups. It just feels like such an unnatural movement to me.
1164 + 50 = 1214
1214 + 30 = 1244
Friday and Today:
1244 + 73 = 1317
1317 + 52 = 1369
Chinups are so much easier. I suppose that it depends on what you are used to though, and your particular body type.
Just out of curiousity, do you do any compound exercises, or a lot of isolation exercises? That may be the difference.
1369 + 38 = 1407
Mainly compound exercises.
+ 50 weighted ones today = 1457.
+1 = 1458
I done did a pull up today and then I got shooting pain through my wrists and elbows. DB rows for me.
