1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

25 today on top of a back workout, too fatigued to get muscle ups done, but almost.

    39616 + 25 = 39641

ya man it was a personal best, my old gym went up to 125 and most i ever did were 115s 3x with a spot but that was 8 yrs ago

i've been working out really hard for the past 9 months and i've always been strong on dbs but never above 105s or so but I kept at it and this gym only goes up to 120, got a spot to stabilize on the roll back and did 8 or 9 with spot on some latter reps

felt so fucking boss after having the goal for so many years, now i need to do 3 plates in the next few months

    39888 + 35 = 39923

3 plates is hardcore shit man. I was up to 2 plates plus a quarter on each...got 5 with a solid spot on the last 2. Now I'm down to benching 245 with a spot 3 times...m'eh

you know I guess it's a socal/west coast thing but everybody here works out and 3 plates ain't a big deal, motherfuckers live at the gym and so many juicers it's ridiculous (i don't believe in the easy way out)

I can rep 2 plates but I can't throw it up all day which is my goal, but I did 5 sets of a plate and a quarter on incline a couple of months ago and I was able to pull off 2 plates on incline a couple weeks ago but I can't do it all day (that shit felt heavy as fuck)

Nice man, anything triple digits is respectable and when you're getting to 110+ it's always big props. I don't think I've done more than 90s on incline but I always switch up the chest routine so maybe I'll have an all incline day next week. I used to weigh 184 (to my shock) but I'm down to 172 right now. I'd like to lose the last 5 and maybe pack on a few more lbs of muscle to be 170 ripped. Going to start running to the gym again (stopped 2 months ago bc it was too damn hot here) and start doing sprints on off gym days, got a new nike running jacket specifically for this

Nice, how tall are you? I was massive at 185 and under 10 percent. I eventually did what you want to do and got to 170 at sub 8 percent. But then senior year of college came and I decided to have too much fun and never really got back into it ha. Im sitting at a nice 10-12 percent at 160 now but I only workout twice a week and run twice a week and my diet is absolute crap. (no where near enough protein because I am too cheap to buy food)

I'm 5'10" or 11", was stick thin in college (which was a long ass time ago). Never been super low body fat but now is the time, diet is pretty good I would say. You've got a high ass metabolism which I lack so I have to work hard as fuck.
