1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I hear you on the strength and toughness thing. I was a lot younger and hanging out with some friends when one of them mouthed off to this older, little guy who was a longshoreman...dude said nothing, just put his drink down, walked outside, motioning to my friend to come along. My buddy (who had to be 200 pounds and 5'9" RIPPED) got his ass handed to him by this guy who was no more than 160 pounds soaking wet, about 5'4". Thats fucking tough. He would've been a UF.

Jet, I pay $8 a month for my gym...24/5, only closed weekend nights. Ghetto to the core...I don't get 50+ a month on a gym membership, even NYC prices...

A record for me: 3 sets of 20 and 1 of 15. Sore now, but feels good.

I do mine after usually 5K in 1600 and 800 intervals, and in between different exercises. Usually part of a 90 minute workout (if I cut things out, I can get things in in about 75 minutes)

My gym is an independently owned place where there are actually heavy bags, bobs, and pads. I can never get comfortable with places that have like, fancy t.v.s on the treadmills, or have more cardio equipment than free weights, etc...

I can't do that. I can do the 100 in 20 thing easily, but I find that this makes for a less comprehensive overall workout.
