    9826 + 100 = 9926.

Someone push it up to 10K today. C'mon. If an old man who just ate a bag of chips can pull out 100 (first 50 in sets of 10), after sprints, then you kids, especially the guys who pack on upper body muscle, should be about to keep up.

    9926+27=9953

Didn't have much time 3 sets of nine.

9953 + 38 (over the course of days, I am letting this thread down) = 9991. This afternoon I should be able to do nine more, but that's not until this afternoon.:embar:

Your name is scaring me, I keep seeing it on the most recent post thing besides threads and getting confused.

Maybe you should lose weight. I live my the words of one of my favorite coaches: "No one ever knocked anyone out with their pecs."

One of my favorite quotes I just made up:

"Nobody ever knocked anyone out on stage at 165 pounds"

    lol. Nice.

Maybe not, but in a cage or in a ring, it happens all the time 165 is getting into the bigger weights in boxing. Sergio Martinez fights at 160 lbs (MW), and I'll bet that he could KO anyone one the forum, not matter what is weight, unless we have a top MMA or boxing contender among us, and even that is a maybe. There is an optimal amount of musculature of each person. Over a certain weight, you have diminishing returns on your power, and your speed and endurance suffer. For me, the optimal weight was actually at about 165 lbs, though I suspect that now, at 37, my optimal weight is probably closer to 170 lbs.

12x8 1x4+25lb then 5 reps on rings. Well not actually rings, I took a pair of D rings off a cable machine, and wrapped the chains around a pull up bar. Basically the same, just wanted to see if they felt any different. Don't think im ready for the 25lb plate, will probably get up to 15 or so in a set before I start using one. 360 done so far this week, feels good man.
