5988 + 80 (yesterday) + 101 (today) = 6169
C'mon. If a relatively old man like me can crank out 50+ day in, day out (and don't give me that water retention bs. I eat entire bags of chips on occasion and a good dinner for me involves pasta or something fried), and break 3 digits over the weekend, you young guys can certainly crank out a bit more.

Tomorrow is a back/biceps day. Maybe I'll try and go even higher volume.
25 today for 6,244 total. Did them at the end of the workout instead of the beginning like I usually do; certainly made it quite a bit more difficult.
Cranked out 60 weighted today. Holy hell I'm going to feel it tomorrow.
