I have a Johnston Murphy belt that is a close match to the AE Walnut. I got it at a local store for $49.99.

+1 for Johnston Murphy. Also check Jos. A. Banks. Both of them sell belts in colors that are very close matches to AE's "walnut" at substantially lower prices. (I own a pair of AE Fairfax in walnut and pair them with a JAB belt that is all but indistinguishable in color.)

I picked up a Polo RL belt at Marshalls for $20 that matched the Walnut color great. Maybe check there. It was a little more casual/thicker then some may like but I liked it a lot.

Bumping this thread since it's a question I have as well. Any good places online where I could find something?

State your location if you expect anyone to give you recommendations in your area.

I got the AE belt in walnut for 79 on ebay just because I needed it in a hurry. It hurt me to spend that much on a belt.

Do you have a DSW near you? They carry Florsheim belts that are like $25 and I found one that matches my AE Walnut shoes very nicely.

ebay ... purchase, pay by paypal, wait for seller to ship, receive shipment...
you couldn't have been in THAT much of a hurry...

good advice on DSW
would not have thought of that place for belts
