Hey guys, I need some help on sizing. Can anyone let me know how the zipped boots fit? I’m 42.5 and got a pair of the Chinese slippers in 42, but they fit a bit tight. Should I size up to 43 for the boots? Thanks a lot

I can only speak on the previous seasons, but my Chinese slippers and desert boots are tight in a 45, yet the zipped boots fit really well. Unless the last has changed, I’d say you will be fine with a 42 as they fit more tts

So is Eastdane no longer carrying Lemaire? Anyone have an updated stockists list? I've noticed a few smaller shops I wasn't familiar with have started carrying the brand.

I got a couple of things in so I figured I’d post. I’m still out here on the Lemaire is #1 train

Kimono coat
I love this. I sized down to a 50, I can’t imagine going TTS, and if I had access I’d be curious what a 48 would look like. But with that said this is the right size and I’m very happy with it.

military zip roll neck(cardigan)
I’m still not really sure why he calls this a rollneck, but anyway.
This is an XL, that’s TTS for me, I prefer knits with a little bit of slouch and a more relaxed fit and again this is the right size for that. I could see people maybe sizing down one, especially if they are shorter, since the sleeves are a bit long.
the wool is warm, thick, plush and sturdy and feels very very very Borat voice very nice. The double zip is hefty and appropriate for the weight. I’m also super happy with this.

Felted Viscose jersey pants
Initially I wasn’t really interested in these. They are just string pants which I already have multiple pairs of. But viscose jersey sounds lush and with the amount of work from home and lounging going on I thought they’d be sick.
these are a Medium, so sized down one from my usual pant size but same as previous string pants and large elasticated trousers.
there’s a sewn in single pleat, and the waist again is large sized to make use of the gathered effect at the waist. The waist on these aren’t AS large as previous seasons string pants, but you can still size down without a problem.
String pants are already easy pants based off pajamas, so making them in this cozy soft jersey makes them a legitimate pajama pant.
I like them a lot, but they’re $$ and pretty specific and I think there’s other things I’d prefer to spend $450 on so I’m not 100% on keeping these just yet.

@jtj48 they are one of my favourite pairs of pants, it’s the Snowman x Peir Wu trousers from a while ago (maybe 2015?).
I ask Dan semi-frequently if he’ll start making clothes again because everything he’s done has been amazing. if I ever see another pair I’d buy them just to have a backup.

matter of fact I’m going to ask now haha

Kind of starting to obsess over Lemaire. Always been interested, but took the plunge this year. This is the Kaftan in Harris tweed and the 4 pleat trousers in anthracite.

From a sizing perspective, I took a 48 in the Kaftan (50 was even more huge and extended past my knuckles / off my shoulders), and a 50 in the trousers. However, I ordered a 52 in the trousers from SSENSE to compare, and anticipate that may be the move.

Love the Harris Tweed coat but the lapels bug me, wish it were more like the shawl collar of the earlier kaftans. Feel like I would only wear it buttoned up around the neck...

What's the sizing like on the chinese slippers? I ordered them in a 44 but I returned them as they felt a bit big. I'm usually a 43.5 but I can't find any half sizes, so I'm considering getting them in a 43. Do you think they'd be too tight?
