I would say it's all leather. I just bought some new leather trousers this past Fall feeling an all leather trend coming on (blame Haider from his short-lived Berluti stint), and it's been nothing but leather on the runways this season. I love this look and glad he opened with it.

This look looks more like a chintz/coated fabric, just by the stiffness of the collar and the way it sticks up, versus how it sits heavily on the previous image:

I was hoping that overshirt was leather but based on the other looks it’s obvious that there is a fair amount of cotton chintz, so I was thinking I might have just been seeing it wrong on my phone.

I’ve finally had a good chance to go through the lookbook and I think this is my favourite season in a few years (do I say that every season?).

The kimono coat thing is killer. Some kind of new kaftan maybe?

I really love the leather detailed blazer too. The oversized, relaxed tailoring has really been connecting for me lately.

the 4 pleat belted pants or whatever? Amazing. I want these in all colours and fabrics.

the camel double breasted coat also looks really nice. I could do with a few more inches of length but I’m going to be looking at this one hard.

The zip cardigan is another killer that’s at the top of my list. Cardigans aren’t something I really own and I’ve wanted a draped cardigan for years, so every season I’m looking at lemaire options but just haven’t been into the recent ones. This one is right up my alley though.

the bomber/blouson is another one that I’m always wanting from lemaire and this one is great. The oversized pockets and belting on cuffs and hem.

This seems like the platonic ideal of a kaftan to me. Will be very tempted.

Ever since they stopped doing the shows I haven’t been able to get good pics from The Impression anymore. I should just cancel the membership.

What do you guys think of the tie wrap blazer jacket? Felt a bit odd with how it ties around the body and if it’s untie it looks odd.

I should have been more specific, they just stopped showing during PFW Men’s. Now They just do the combined men’s/women’s show during PFW Basically women’s with a couple of men’s looks thrown in.
a lot of designers have started doing that just do save costs and cut down on the work involved.

I think the coed show idea started to gain traction a few seasons back. The pros:
- cost-savings. Runway shows are expensive.
- I think in general there are more buyers during the womens fashion week. That might help with cross-selling their menswear. *just guessing*
