1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Got the shirts in- the striped jawn is going back and I think I'm gonna keep the v-neck. The striped shirt is no different than any tailored button down, definitely up to par as far as quality is concerned but fabric was super thin and cut wasn't special enough. The v-neck is very crispy (Almost too much) and is definitely slim fitting. I got a 50 and it fits like a very slim large. As long as it doesn't shrink i'll be happy with it- its a unique enough fit and the price was reasonable. I kinda like the front open like a baseball jersey so maybe will wear a few ways.

Yeah I'm still hoping somebody returns the 52, I have the navy one and love it but I wish I knew there would be an ivory one, the only options for pre-order on the Lemaire store were navy and the grey cashmere blend. Ssense is the only place I've seen the white.

    Unrelated.

Paris mens fashion week is January 18-22 and I assume Lemaire will be there.

He hasn't abandoned the relaxed look, he's just added some slimmer styling too.

Some of the SS17 looks are amazingly louche and relaxed.

IMO it's because he's trying to break into a more mainstream market right now. I feel like the more slim stuff translates into most people's wardrobes easier than the looser items which need supporting pieces to look good.

Would anyone recommend sizing up in the suit pants? Love the cut but would prefer it be slightly less slim

Have you tried them on or are you basing that off online fit pics?
I have a few pairs from past seasons and took my usual size without issue but this season they do look slimmer in product photos, I'd be curious to hear if anybody has tried the current seasons as well.

Haven't had the chance to try them on - this is all based on pics. I'm considering ordering a pair in a size up to test?

I'm basing my judgment from collection images. When you take a look at the FW10 through 15 looks, and notice the difference.

Non-pleated pants I go 1 size up. Pleated pants I go TTS. YMMV
