Also, I suspect they used photos of a real Dior suit - if not ,they put a lot of effort into the tags, label, fabric tags, etc.

^Exactly. With a retail of about $1800+ and being one of the hottest "it" brands still, you aren't going to find a brand new authentic Dior suit that cheaply unless it's missing a leg or heavily used. The best deals I've seen on them are still in the $600 range and that is usually only an odder size (though from time to time here or on Style Zeitgeist a good deal in a standard size will come around).

It is a counterfeit item, I'm 100% sure. Dior suits fit me great, and I asked the seller several questions about its authenticity only to have them deleted and to be blocked.

The seller used to sell them on ebay, though his account has since been banned.

it is most certainly counterfeit, however if you like the style just get it, but remember you're getting what you pay for and don't expect it to be terribly well built.
