leather shoes to wear with jeans/buttonup for work

Looking for a pair of leather shoes to wear to work with jeans/button up. I've been wearing a pair of jcrew brown split toe oxfords for a while but I've worn them out. I've tried nicer brands on -- but they usually seem too stylish (pointed toe) or too oldmanish. Recs? Thanks.

coming off of split toe oxfords you seem to like your shoes more traditional. I like the following, they have a nice shape. Not too pointy but not snub nosed and old fashioned. Take a look:

Thanks for the suggestions so far -- but I'm thinking brown leather (not shell cordovan), and a little more casual -- these get worn with a nice pair of jeans and a nice button up. Think internet startup. I'm also thinking 2-300 max
