I am looking at a pair of shoes on ebay that had a small "cut" in the leather but were "repaired". From what I understand, the shoe (Allen Edmond's Milford) was bought as an irregular with a slight cut in the leather and the seller says that he "repaired" the leather. Should I worry? The shoes look fine (and authentic) but I don't know anything about leather shoe repair. They're going for about $100.

    Thanks in advance.

A hundred dollars should buy you pretty much perfect shoes on eBay, in my experience.

That sounds rather far overpriced in that condition.
